Prices are displayed for 7 nights for each house with the first 2 guests staying.
The charge for each additional guest (2yrs+) is €500, for one week duration. e.g. a party of 6 in May for 7 nights would be €10.000(€500×4) = €12.000 or just €€ 2.000 per person.
Day of Arrival & Other Durations
The main changeover day is Saturday. However, guests can arrive on any day, for any duration with costs as follows:
- If staying 1-6 nights a minimum charge of 7 nights will apply.
- Prices for other durations are calculated by dividing the 7-night price by 7, then multiplying by the number of relevant nights.
- If your dates cross a price band – the initial 7-night price is taken from the date of departure. Thereafter, the nightly rate is applied relevant to the specific dates of occupancy.

Payment Terms
- So that your booking may be confirmed a deposit must be paid representing 50% of the accommodation cost TOGETHER WITH the total cost of any transfers that Gokce Gemile have arranged.
- 12 WEEKS prior to arrival at Gökçe Gemile – and thus for any bookings made within this time – the balance for the entire booking is due in full.
- The 50% is determined according to the house booking price detailed above.
